Spend time with others on the Alzheimer’s journey.

Be together. Enjoy nature. Get some excercise.
Walk and talk with other people, or just walk with us.

This group is for anyone directly impacted by Alzheimer’s and dementia, and also those who want to offer support to caregivers and their loved ones living with dementia.

Walking on C. Shane Wilbanks Trail in Grapevine

From Dove Road, go north on Silvercrest Lane, then turn right onto Snakey Lane.
Meet at the 2nd parking lot along Snakey Lane.
